Salted Caramel Bites
This treat escalates Blonde Brownies to a new level! We start with a basic chocolate chip brownie recipe, then add a thick layer of caramel and dust that with sea salt. If that’s not gooey enough, we add another layer of dough and top THAT with sea salt too! No, it’s not overdone with salt. Besides, chocolate and salt? C’mon! You know your mouth is already watering!
Best served chilled or at room temp (as long as you’re not in the tropics).
Butter, unbleached sugar, brown sugar, eggs, GF flour, semi-sweet chocolate chips, various chocolate (dark, milk, unsweetened), caramel, milk, sea salt, vanilla, baking soda
