This is a pie without the crust - wait, what? Lemme explain. We start with locally sourced apples and pears, then add blueberries. On top of that is a crisp (made with certified GF oats). The problem with this treat is that it IS healthy, and yummy and goes great with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream or a splash of heavy cream. Or not. Eat it out of the fridge or warm it up. You’ll want more; I promise.

Ingredients: apples, pears, blueberries, cornstarch, GF oats, King Arthur GF flour, brown sugar, unsalted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanilla. This dessert needs to be refrigerated for best longevity… although it will probably disappear once you try a dish!
