Keto Bread
I know, I know. You don't follow a keto lifestyle. Neither do I, but I have learned to appreciate the benefits of "going keto".
First, let's get the idea that bread has to able to hold a swarthy load of meats, cheeses and veggies in order to be worthy of being called "bread" out of your head (kinda repetitive, but you get the idea).
Second, do you enjoy toasting a couple of slices of bread - whether they accompany a breakfast dish or add to a stew/soup/main course?
Finally, what have you go to lose by biting into a low carb (6 g), low sugar (1 g), protein-laden (10 g) slice of bread?
These loaves are delicious and nutritious. (I can't say that about some of the products I bake, unless you count lots of sugar a necessary daily ingredient, as I do.)
NOTE: Because there are no preservatives in these breads, they MUST be refrigerated. And that's groovy, because they cut nicely when chilled. And they taste great with butter!
INGREDIENTS: almond butter, eggs, baking soda, white vinegar
Order is one loaf. 8'" x 3"
