Lemon Love Balls
These cookies are deceiving. Although they LOOK like the butter balls you typically see on Christmas cookie platters, that’s where the similarity ends! Made with almond flour and plenty of lemon, biting into these confections is a treat. Chewy, tangy and fun to share… or not.
We’ve been told that these cookies freeze well. I call that maximum “self-control”, to know that the Lemon Love Balls are in the house and not being eaten right away!
Almond flour, unbleached sugar, egg whites, lemon zest and lemon extract, food coloring salt, 10x sugar
