Little Amy Strawberry Bites (available mid-June - August)

Again with the names! This recipe is titled “Strawberry Brownies”. No way this works in your mind, eyes or mouth. Brownies are supposed to be tan or brown, not pink! I named them after my sweet cousin, Amy, because she licked the parchment paper to get every last trace of the icing!

As with my seasonal items, these are only as good as the base. Strawberry season is mid-June through August. Is that to say that strawberries are not available beyond those months? GOOD ones are not. Sure, we can purchase poor to fair produce, but since my name is on every product, I opted to bring you only the best when in season.

These bites are dense, and I mean solid. There is melted white chocolate in the base - and icing - which elevates these treats to “Holy Shit” status. An order is an 8” x 8” square, cut however you want. They keep well in the fridge, IF they last that long.
