Orange Cranberry Loaf (available mid-October - February)

Need to satisfy a sweet craving without feeling like you’ve blown your diet? This is the treat for you! We bake these in small loaf pans for two reasons: 1. Larger pans yielded strange results (photo below), and 2. You MAY want to share - or not - and personal sizes give your that option.

Tangy, buttery, moist, sweet, dense… those cranberries just pop in your mouth!

Honestly, this is one of those products where we don’t know what to call it! A “loaf” makes me think of bread, which this is not. But it IS “loaf-sized”, so “cake” doesn’t work either. If you have a suggestion, please share!
